stir-fried Rice Cake
Instead of anchovy broth, it's tuna liquid and curry powder. Tuna liquid is a seasoning that I usually use when I'm lazy to make broth. And curry powder that goes well with red pepper paste... Curry powder also goes well with the taste of red pepper paste, but I thought it would go well with a unique taste, so I added it and made it together.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare tteokbokki rice cakes by rinsing them in water, cutting square fish cakes into bite-size pieces, slicing onions into thick slices, and slicing green onions diagonally.
STEP 2/4
Add seasoning ingredients together and bring to a boil. I used Sampyo's domestic chili paste for red pepper paste, and I used the giant tuna liquid for tuna. And the curry powder is Ottogi Baeksekare and the sugar is Olga organic sugar.
STEP 3/4
Add tteokbokki rice cake, fish cake, onion, and green onion to the boiled one and boil them until the rice cake and ingredients are properly boiled down.
STEP 4/4
When the rice cake is soft and the soup is boiled down deliciously, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds. If you like savory taste, you can add a few drops of sesame oil.
