Crispy fried squid (oven fried food)
It's a super simple dish that the groom and I made with beer as a snack for children. It's crispy and chewy squid fries. Fried squid is more chewy and delicious when it is made with raw squid. It tastes different from fried squid covered with flour It's crispy so I keep making it go away

Ingredients
  • Squid
    1ea
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • bread crumbs
  • parsley powder
    1/2t
  • Frying flour
    2T
  • grape seed oil
  • cooking wine
    1T
  • Herb salt
  • crushed garlic
    1/2t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the squid into finger-length pieces and season it.
STEP 2/6
Coat squid with frying powder evenly.
STEP 3/6
Dip in beaten eggs and coat them with egg clothes.
STEP 4/6
Put parsley powder in bread crumbs, mix it well, and coat the squid well, and you're done making the batter!!
STEP 5/6
Place parchment paper in oven pan and oil well using brush. Place squid on top, sprinkle oil on top of it, and allow the batter to be evenly coated with oil.
STEP 6/6
Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and that's it!!! It's done with the golden and crispy
