The nutritious taste is also the best. Mom's Korean beef sour ki
When I made hamburger patties, I cut the white kimchi and put it in to feed the kids as much vegetables as possible~~ When I chewed the sour kimchi, it eliminated the greasy taste of the meat and it was nice because it was clean. It's a homemade hamburger made by my mom, which is different from a fast food hamburger.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak shiitake in water and squeeze the water out. Squeeze the water out of the sour kimchi
Chop garlic, green onions and onions, too.
STEP 2/8
Chop cabbage and onion into thin slices. Slice cucumbers diagonally and tomatoes round. Wash the lettuce well and remove the water.
STEP 3/8
Mix all the seasoning ingredients together and mix well. Stir well so that the sugar melts well.
STEP 4/8
Put all the chopped vegetables in a wide bowl and beat them well with the sauce. The longer you knead, the more viscous it becomes, so the ingredients stick together well and don't break when you grill them. If you chop vegetables into small pieces in a blender without chopping them by hand, they will stick together more easily, although they have less chewy taste.
STEP 5/8
When I kneaded it, it came out to about 1000g. When you bake 100g of dough separately, it becomes the perfect size for a hamburger. Think of it as dividing it into 10 pieces. It's good to take it out one by one and freeze it.
STEP 6/8
Grill the onions lightly in a heated pan, then place the beef patties on top. If you grill it over high heat, it's hard to cook it to the inside, so cook it over medium heat and back until golden brown.
STEP 7/8
Please prepare the hamburger bread by cutting it in half. Spread mayonnaise on both top and bottom.
STEP 8/8
Add toppings in the order you want. I put cucumbers first, grilled onions on top, and ketchup on top. I put the grilled Korean beef patty on top, sprinkled with honey mustard, then put the tomatoes on top and sprinkled with pork cutlet sauce. On top of that, I put the sliced lettuce and cabbage on top.
