STEP 1/9
Chop the onions and bell peppers, and chop the mushrooms and ham into appropriate sizes. Grease a pan with olive oil, stir-fry ham and mushrooms. I used the leftover sliced ham after making the sandwich, but you can use anything, including gimbap ham.
STEP 2/9
I'm going to make the sauce. Add chopped onions and garlic to olive oil and stir-fry scentedly, then add ketchup and season with salt and pepper. I used my thumb index finger to add salt. It's better if you add a little bit of herbs such as parsley, basil, or oregano.
STEP 3/9
It doesn't matter if you just use the bread, but once you use it with toast, it's much better. I was lazy to take out the toaster, so I grilled it slightly on the panini grill, of course the frying pan is fine.
STEP 4/9
Spread the sauce on the toast bread,
STEP 5/9
Add toppings as much as you want. Place stir-fried ham + mushrooms on top, and sprinkle evenly with green pepper. Personally, pizza tastes better with bell peppers.
STEP 6/9
For cheese, slice cheese is possible, too
STEP 7/9
Mulong pizza cheese is also O.K.
STEP 8/9
Heat cheese in oven or microwave until melted. If you don't have an oven or microwave, spread a sheet of foil on the frying pan and cover it with a lid and cook it until the cheese melts.
STEP 9/9
After completion, you can add a little bit of parsley to make it look more delicious. It doesn't make much difference whether you put it in or not. You all know that toppings are the charm of pizza, right? You can cut the leftover bulgogi into small pieces, or boil potatoes or sweet potatoes. I tried mashing a boiled egg a little big, but it was surprisingly good. It tastes different even if you stir-fry kimchi in the sauce. Pizza toast tastes good with any toppings.
