Kimchi Fried Rice is so popular for a meal
It's been a while, so I made kimchi fried rice by simply adding tuna and stir-frying it at home. If you make fried rice for a meal on the weekend, you don't have to prepare side dishes for this and that, so it's really convenient for moms!!

Ingredients
  • Kimchi
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Tuna
    little
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Cheese
    1piece
  • Salt
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop kimchi into bite-sized pieces and prepare 1/4 onions (medium) into bite-sized pieces. We also prepare a can of cheese and an egg that will make kimchi fried rice more savory and delicious.Put the kimchi leaves in the stew, and if you can prepare the stem, you can make kimchi fried rice with a better chewiness.
STEP 2/8
First, put an egg in a lightly oiled frying pan and scramble it, then place it in a bowl.
STEP 3/8
Sprinkle enough oil on the pan again and stir-fry until onion flavor comes up.
STEP 4/8
When the onion starts to smell, add the chopped kimchi and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/8
When the kimchi is properly fried, stir-fry the tuna as much as you want in the tuna can. Until when should I stir-fry it? Stir-fry kimchi until it's almost dry. That way, you can make kimchi fried rice one by one.
STEP 6/8
Put the slightly heated rice in the microwave and stir-fry it as if cutting the rice grains with a spatula. Add a little bit of salt to the seasoning that's not enough.
STEP 7/8
When the fried rice is complete, add scrambled eggs and mix it slightly to complete the super simple kimchi fried rice.
STEP 8/8
I put a piece of cheese on top and heated it in the microwave for about a minute to melt the cheese. You can melt the cheese slightly in the microwave or oven at home.
