It's an ice cafe mocha that's sweet and delicious like it's made at a coffee shop. It's sweeter and cooler with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
I'm using 2 cups of Bialletti Brica and 1 cup of Bialletti Mocha Express in the picture. Put water, coffee, and put it on a gas stove to prepare it.
STEP 2/5
This is how the espresso is extracted from the entrance.
STEP 3/5
Make chocolate mix while extracting espresso. Add milk to chocolate sauce, add the extracted espresso and stir well.
The chocolate sauce is dry, so you have to stir it well so that it doesn't sink, and the taste is uniform. In cafes with a lot of sales, milk and chocolate sauce are mixed in advance and aged. You can shorten the time to make drinks when you're busy. The taste is softer and the bottom is less subdued.
STEP 4/5
Now, put 5 to 6 ice cubes in the cup. (Based on large ice)
My refrigerator is made of small ice, so I put about 7 to 8 ice cubes
Next, pour in the chocolate mix that I just made.
STEP 5/5
Lastly, put whipped cream on top and add chocolate sauce. That's it.
