Sweet and sour jellyfish salad
Jellyfish cold salad with a sweet and sour taste. If you sprinkle mustard sauce on it, you succeed in catching the taste that ran away.

Cooking Steps

Shake off the salt, march with water, and soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes. Prepare jellyfish by blanching them slightly without salt in boiling water.
