Shaking, moist bagel pudding
It's a Risen Cinnamon Bagel, so it's good as it is, but I kept it in the freezer for a long time, and I wanted something soft and moist, so I made bread pudding with bagels.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add nutmeg, salt, and sugar to the egg and whisk well. When the egg is melted, add whipped cream and milk and mix well to make pudding liquid.

Prepare bagels by cutting them into bite-size pieces. Mix bagels, raisins, and almond slices in a bowl. Pour pudding liquid into bagels and mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Put a suitable amount of moist bagels in the heat-resistant container. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. (Adjust the baking time between 30 and 1 hour depending on the size or amount of the baking container.)

This is bagel pudding sprinkled with deco snow. It's prettier because it looks like white snow on top. The bread pudding I imagined was baked in a transparent oven container, looking yellowish on the outside and moist on the inside, and sprinkling sugar powder on the bread pudding, but it came true as I imagined. I'm very satisfied by myself. Looking at it like this, I was touched by myself because it looked like a home-style bread pudding just baked in a European house.

Do you want to taste the soft, chewy, moist bagel pudding? With raisins and cinnamon in the bagels, you can also chew savory almonds and sweet and sour raisins. It was a very delicious bagel pudding because it was soft and moist. Bagels are hard on the outside, so if you keep them for a long time after baking, the inside gets hard and tastes bad, but when you make them into pudding like this, they're not too soft, but they're moderately chewy and soft, so they're even tastier.
- Since I baked several, it was good to leave only food, put the lid on and refrigerate, microwave it slightly or bake it in the oven, and it became a baked bread pudding quickly. - I omitted it because cinnamon was added to the bagel, but if you like cinnamon scent, you can add a little bit of cinnamon powder. I really like the gentle and fragrant scent. - Make bagel pudding by mixing blueberries, walnuts, plain bagels, and many other fruits and nuts. Unlike traditional bread pudding, it is different and delicious.
