Vanilla ice cream that you eat from the cup

Cooking Steps

First, I'm going to make a cookie cup. Add sugar to the whites and mix.

Add the sifted flour and mix it.

Chop the sliced almonds into small pieces. Add melted butter, mix, and rest at room temperature for about an hour.

Pan it thinly with a spoon in a pan and bake it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. As soon as it is baked, put it in a bowl and shape it. It's hot, so wear cotton gloves and handle it.

I'm going to make ice cream. Beat the eggs with a whisk, then add sugar and mix.

Add the heated milk little by little and mix. If you pour it all at once, the egg yolk will cook, so add a little at first, mix well, and then mix all together.

Strain it through a sieve. This is to remove the ripe yolk or string.

Stir the floor with a spatula and boil until the concentration is about 80 degrees Celsius. If you put it on the back of the spoon and draw it clean, it's done.

Transfer to a bowl and cool with cold water, then mix with cold whipped cream.

Place in an airtight container, freeze halfway, and mix with a fork. The size of the container is about twice the size of the ice cream liquid, so it is easy to scratch. If it is completely frozen, it will be difficult to scratch, so adjust the time according to the freezing temperature (1 to 2 hours). Repeat scratching 3 to 4 times. The more you repeat, the softer it becomes. If you do it with your hands, it's a bit rough than the ice cream maker. If you have an ice cream maker, use it.
