  • Cellophane noodles

  • Carrot

  • Sesame leaf

  • Frying flour

  • Soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the carrots and onions clean, chop them, prepare them, oil the pan, heat the pan, and stir-fry the carrots and onions slightly.
STEP 2/6
Add boiled glass noodles and stir-fried vegetables and mix well.Add 1T of soy sauce and 1t of sesame oil to season.
STEP 3/6
Using wooden chopsticks, fill the fish cake hole with glass noodles and vegetables by pressing them down.
STEP 4/6
Place dried seaweed on top of stuffed fish cake and roll.Finish with starch water or batter water.
STEP 5/6
Put starch powder on the rolled seaweed roll.Use frying powder or flour to make batter
STEP 6/6
Pour enough oil into a well-heated pan and fry the thinly fried seaweed rolls.
Place fried seaweed rolls on a kitchen towel to drain unnecessary oil.
If you use ice water to make fried food, it becomes more crispy.
