Cooking Steps

Wash and drain chicken breasts, cut them into appropriate sizes, and mix them with seasoning. Mix the spicy sauce well in advance and add to the marinated chicken. For sauce, add only sugar and liquid ingredients, melt the sugar well, then add other ingredients and add the oil ingredients at the end.

Season and marinate for one night. Cover thoroughly with plastic wrap without contact with the air and let it soak in the refrigerator.

Bake seasoned chicken in a heated pan surrounded by oil. If you cook it over high heat, the seasoning will burn and it won't cook fast, so heat it up enough and grill it over low heat.

Place bread on top of chicken. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, canned corn, etc.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 180 to 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Adjust the time according to the oven and bake only until the cheese is golden brown because the filling is fully cooked. Add parsley powder, if any.
