Heat the milk and vanilla essence in a pot and pour gently into the yolk mixture.Pour it in and be careful not to ripen the yolk. If you have vanilla beans, it's best to scratch them, but if you don't, use essence. If the scent is too strong, it's not good, so adjust the scent by mixing it little by little.
STEP 5/6
Put the thickened cream in a wide bowl and cool it down with plastic wrap so that there is no film on the top. When contacting with air, a film forms as it cools, so keep it in close contact with the wrap.
