STEP 1/8
I put yam in first and stir-fried it. If it doesn't cook well, it will turn brown. Stir-fry until the heat is evenly spread and a little golden brown.
STEP 2/8
Stir-fry cabbage
STEP 3/8
Stir-fry paprika, too
When you stir-fry vegetables, salt is rather watery, so you can stir-fry them like this, put some water on the sieve, and mix them with salt.
STEP 4/8
Put some oil on the floor, onions, apples
STEP 5/8
Put meat and red pepper paste on top. Don't stir it
STEP 6/8
Cover it so that the fruit juice gets cut into the pig
STEP 7/8
If there is some juice, mix it with red pepper paste. If it is bland, add a little bit of seasoned soy sauce. If it is not, add salt, grain syrup, and oligodang. If the red color is a bit cloudy, add half a spoon of red pepper powder to make it darker.
When cooked to a certain extent, open the lid and simmer. Dip it in the sauce to make it look even.
STEP 8/8
Put lettuce on top of meat and eat with vegetables. Lettuce and perilla leaf wraps.
Red pepper paste tastes better if you mix barley and chili paste. If you want something less spicy and sour, add a spoonful of tomato puree.
