STEP 1/8
Shake off the fine crumbs first and cut it into big pieces with scissors to make it easy to eat. (You can use a sieve to shake it off, hold only the squid with your hands - pass without adding oil to a dry frying pan.)

Add a spoonful of cooking oil and stir-fry while shaking chopsticks.

Stir-fry until golden brown, then remove from the pan and place on another plate.

When it's done, chop the walnuts into small pieces.

In a frying pan, mix 1 soy sauce, 2 corn syrups, 1/3 garlic, 1/3 red pepper paste, and boil.

When it boils over medium heat, and the premise is foamy and bubbly, turn off the heat and remove the frying pan from the stove.

When the gas stove pan is slightly cooled (70 to 80 degrees), add the stir-fried squid and mix.
STEP 8/8
Add the chopped walnuts and mix them so that the sauce gets all over them.With chopsticks... Then add a teaspoon of sesame oil and mix it once, and you're done!
