Fries that are savory and refreshing
Pineapple is delicious even if you eat it as it is, but how about frying it..And I tried it. The sweet pineapple was fried with heat, so it felt like the sweet taste was stronger.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Remove the center core of the pineapple and slice it long.
STEP 2/10
Add rice paper to warm water to make it moist and soft.
STEP 3/10
Wrap the pineapple around and roll it. If you don't have rice paper, just coat it with flour.
STEP 4/10
The reason for doing this is to ensure that the pineapple's sweet water does not seep out while it is being fried, and that it is coated with a thick layer of batter.

Soft flour should be sifted so that air can enter between the powders to make crispy fried food without getting greasy.
STEP 6/10
Add eggs, cold milk, salt and baking powder and mix with chopsticks. It's okay if you can see the powder. If you mix it for too long, it doesn't get crispy because it gets gluten.

Cover pineapple wrapped in rice paper with batter.
STEP 8/10
Fry it once at 160 degrees Celsius, and then fry it again. There's nothing to cook, so take it out as soon as the batter is golden brown. I fried it in an omurice pan to save oil, and it was okay.

Remove the oil from the fried pineapple on the kitchen towel for a while.
STEP 10/10
Cut diagonally and place in a bowl so that the pineapple section is visible.
