Making Takoyaki
There are only a few things I buy outside, but they are expensive, so I made takoyaki at home and ate octopus bread

Ingredients
  • an octopus
    1cup
  • leek
    1/2piece
  • dried bonito
    1handful
  • green laver
    1spoon
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pork cutlet sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Pour 1 egg and 1.5 cups of water into the pancake mix (2 cups) and mix it with a whisk to make a dough, and you can also use the commercially available takoyaki powder.
STEP 2/6
Prepare the octopus (1 cup) and chop the green onion (1/2 root),
STEP 3/6
Grease a heated takoyaki mold with a brush and coat it.. Pour half of the batter and place the octopus and chopped green onion on top
STEP 4/6
Pour a lot of batter water over it
STEP 5/6
By the time the edges are cooked.. Gather the dough on the edge with chopsticks or a pointed toothpick and bake it upside down, and bake it on low heat to prevent it from burning.
STEP 6/6
Place it on a plate and sprinkle mayonnaise and pork cutlet sauce in zigzag, then put green laver, dengas, and katsuobushi on top to finish.

    Other recipes are added to the powder. But when I saw the recipe that stood out, it was so delicious I added only snacks like shrimp crackers to add crunchiness, and omitted katsuobushi. Thank you for the simple yet delicious recipe!!
