Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak the glass noodles in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes, cut the potatoes and carrots into appropriate sizes and fry them in a heated pan surrounded by oil first.
STEP 2/5
Stir-fry potatoes and carrots for about 3 minutes, then add onions and beef and stir-fry until the meat is cooked.

STEP 4/5
Boil the potatoes until they are cooked.
STEP 5/5
When the potatoes are cooked, add the soaked glass noodles and chopped green onions and boil the soup down. As expected, when the glass noodles are in it, it feels like it's reborn as a complete item for meat dishes. It's because it's fun to eat noodles that are cut into small pieces of soup. I think glass noodles in meat dishes are so lovely.
