STEP 1/4
Korean beef tenderloin is marinated for 30 minutes to an hour by applying olive oil evenly to the surface and sprinkling seasoning salt and rosemary. While marinating meat, cut vegetables and mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/4
Put butter in a heated pan and stir-fry mushrooms slightly. Put BBQ sauce, red wine, Worcester sauce, water, oligosaccharide, and A1 sauce in a pan and boil until the sauce boils in half.
STEP 3/4
Prepare broccoli, carrots, and sweet corn by blanching them in boiling water with salt. Drain the blanched vegetables, put butter in a heated pan, and stir-fry them with salt.
STEP 4/4
Heat the grill pan, add a little oil, and cook the vegetables over high heat. Marinated Korean beef tenderloin is also quickly baked over high heat so that it has a grill pattern on the front and back of a heated pan. Serve with tenderloin steak, garnish, and sauce on a plate.
