Cabbage roll for pork belly
I made a different dish using pork belly that's delicious even if you just eat it Cabbage, pork belly, ripe kimchi, naengi, mushrooms, and carrots. It would be great to be able to enjoy a lot at once

  • Ssamjang

  • Sugar

  • perilla oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add a little salt to the boiling water and boil the cabbage
STEP 2/8
Slice carrots and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry them in oil. Chop shiitake mushrooms into thick slices. Fat-soluble vitamin A in carrots should be stir-fried in oil to increase absorption.
STEP 3/8
Press the stem of the boiled cabbage using a knife to flatten it
STEP 4/8
Spread out the boiled cabbage.
STEP 5/8
Place the naengmyeon and carrot mushrooms on top.
STEP 6/8
Cut pork belly and ripe kimchi into small pieces and stir-fry them with sugar and perilla oil.
STEP 7/8
Add a spoonful of rice and a little ssamjang.
STEP 8/8
Roll it up nicely and cut it into bite-sized pieces with a knife.
