Separate eggs into whites and yolks, whip whites with an electric whisk and add sugar to make glossy, fluffy meringue

Add sugar to the yolk and whip at high speed with an electric whisk

Add a little bit of meringue to the yolk and mix it so that the bubbles don't die

Add the softened flour twice and mix lightly, and add a few drops of vanilla

Place the dough in a squeezer and squeeze it into a pan

I sprinkled sugar powder on top of the biscuit and a bit of fruit mix

Bake in a 190 degree oven for 10 minutes and cool on a rack with parchment paper

Apply whipped cream, sprinkle with strawberries and fruit mix, lift parchment paper, cover and roll

Leave it in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours and cut it
