STEP 1/7
Asparagus is a stem vegetable with high protein content as well as vitamin C. Asparagus is a stem plant, so the bottom part is high in fiber. So if you just cook it, it can get tough, so you have to peel the bottom thinly.
STEP 2/7
Add 1T of salt to boiling water and blanch the asparagus slightly.
STEP 3/7
Onion and salt water blanched asparagus with herb salt and stir-fry.
STEP 4/7
Place stir-fried onions and asparagus in blender and blend with 2 cups of water. Do not add 2 cups of water at once to grind the asparagus as finely as possible. Add 1 cup and add the remaining 1 cup when it's well ground.
STEP 5/7
When butter melts, add flour and stir-fry on low heat, and then add whipped cream. This process is called making roux. When the butter melts, add the flour and stir well so that it does not lump.
STEP 6/7
Saute over low heat until light brown, then add whipped cream and stir not to bruise.
STEP 7/7
Add ground onions and asparagus to the roux and boil it over low heat while stirring, and season. Add more asparagus if you want more blue light.
