STEP 1/9
I measured the ingredients first. I put strawberry jam in the waffle to make it strawberry, but it didn't have that much color. Next time, I'll add a little bit of strawberry juice and make it pink.
STEP 2/9
Put the flour on the sieve.
STEP 3/9
Mix eggs, milk, and strawberry jam well.
STEP 4/9
Mix all the powder ingredients well with the flour and cooking oil.
STEP 5/9
Put some cooking oil on the waffle pan with a brush.
STEP 6/9
To prevent the waffle batter from overflowing around the waffle pan, put a ladle and a half, close the lid, and cook it for a while.
STEP 7/9
It's good to open it in the middle so that it doesn't burn too much. Take out the waffle and cool it for a while, and it becomes more crispy.
STEP 8/9
Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons of maple syrup on the waffle first, then cool the whipped cream, add sugar powder, whip it only until the horn is slightly wavy, and squeeze it over the waffle in a piping bag with the desired shape.
STEP 9/9
I put the strawberries on top and decorated it with mint leaves. I sprinkled sugar powder on top.
