Jeyuk bokkeum
The pork that's been fried red.. It's always so delicious. I like this red stir-fried pork more than beef. How does the unique taste of pork go so well with red pepper paste? Can I add this as a representative dish of Korea? Stir-fry it... If you wrap it with rice with lettuce wrap, it's death.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, trim the vegetable ingredients cleanly. Cut into easy-to-cook pieces. Slice the green onion diagonally, and divide the chives into 3~4 pieces.
STEP 2/7
Put the seasoning ingredients in a frying pan and mix them well first.
STEP 3/7
Mix the pork in the mixed sauce. I season it beforehand and stir-fry it without putting it in the refrigerator. It tastes better if you season it right before you eat it and stir-fry it right away.
STEP 4/7
Turn up the gas and start frying over medium heat at first. If you stir-fry it on high heat from the beginning, the red pepper paste will go in and start burning around the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat, and when the oil comes out of the pork and the soup becomes thick, raise the strength of the gas fire and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/7
When the meat is almost done, add onions, red peppers, and cheongyang peppers. If you stir-fry onions for too long, the texture will decrease. Stir-fry the onion for a while until it is half-cooked and half-cooked.
STEP 6/7
Add chives and green onions and stir-fry a little more.
STEP 7/7
This process is for a very short You have to stir-fry it for less than a minute to taste the scent of chives and green onions. Add chives to stir-fried spicy pork and duck. The unique scent of chives enhances the taste of stir-fried spicy pork.
