Green tea cranberry sabre
I baked cranberries in a sweet sabre cookie with a soft green tea scent.

Cooking Steps

Whip sugar powder into soft butter stored at room temperature.

Add a tablespoon of water and mix lightly with a spatula, then add cranberries and mix. I was a little short of cranberries.

Wrap the dough in paper foil or vinyl, place in a used plastic wrap and freeze in the freezer for at least an hour.

Spread egg whites on the surface of the frozen dough, coat it with sugar, and cut it into 0.7 to 0.8mm thick pieces with a knife.

Place in a baking pan with paper foil at intervals and bake in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
