Please prepare a bowl of cold rice.

Chop carrots and onions into small pieces. If you have other vegetables, you can add them together.

The tuna is a medium-sized canned tuna, which will be about 150 grams. Open the can, make a small gap, tilt and discard the soup.

Pour oil into pan and stir-fry chopped onions. From high heat to transparent onion.

Add tuna and stir-fry together. Stir-fry while crushing with a spatula. Then add the carrots, turn off the heat in the middle, and add the seasoning. Remove from heat and mix well with tuna to mix red pepper paste, pepper, soy sauce, sesame salt (at the end). And turn off the heat when the tuna is cooked red.

Add rice and mix vegetables and seasonings well. If it doesn't mix well, you can turn on the heat again and stir-fry it. If you have roasted seaweed, sprinkle it on top. Also, if the seasoning is bland, you can season it with salt or soy sauce.
Eat fried rice when it's warm, and if it's rice balls, cool it down and make it round when it's lukewarm.
