Carbonara with green pepper
Carbonara is savory with soft cream sauce. I tried it with green pepper, but thanks to the spicy taste, I ate it well with the original taste of Carbonara.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put cooking oil and salt in boiling water and boil spaghetti noodles. Boil it for 7 to 8 minutes.
STEP 2/6
When the bacon is golden brown in a heated pan surrounded by oil, stir-fry onions, mushrooms, and sliced mushrooms.
STEP 3/6
Add green pepper to give it a slight scent. (If you like greasy food, you can skip it.)
STEP 4/6
Add whipped cream and milk and bring to a boil.Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 5/6
Add the boiled noodles and mix them when they are reduced to blend well.

Add eggs and stir to remove from heat.
