Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Blanch tomatoes slightly, peel off the skin, and blanch broccoli slightly in the microwave (about 1 to 2 minutes) I used the tomato sauce that I made.

Shred shiitake mushrooms and onions, put olive oil in a pan and sprinkle some salt and pepper.. I'll stir-fry it a little bit.

Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, stir-fry minced garlic, and then add broccoli. Next, remove the seeds from the peeled tomatoes, chop them into small pieces, and stir-fry them together.
