STEP 1/4
Wash the insides of cabbage in cold water, shake off the water, and rip them open with your hands to make them easy to eat.
STEP 2/4
Put the ripped cabbage in a wide bowl and mix the seasoning ingredients, anchovy sauce or sand lance sauce 2, soy sauce 1, sugar 0.7, minced garlic 0.5, red pepper powder 2, and perilla oil 1. You can use anchovy sauce or sand lance extract. I also added dark soy sauce because I thought it would taste strong with just fish sauce. I think controlling the seasoning as much as possible makes the cabbage taste fresh and cool.
