STEP 1/6
Chop the onion into small pieces, remove the fat from the pork and chop it gently.
STEP 2/6
When you mince meat, you can mince vegetables in the same way. Instead, after you cut it into small pieces, tap the cutting board tightly and hard like a knife. After gently mincing, take out the white fat in moderation, so the texture is not good.
STEP 3/6
Put minced pork, boiled and mashed potatoes, minced onions, a handful of raisins, 2 spoons of potato starch, 1 tsp salt, and 2 spoons of water in a bowl and pat it well with your hands. If it's just one lump, throw it like a ball into the ball and make a kick. That way, it's good for maintaining the shape.
STEP 4/6
When the dough is finished, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the oven tray.
STEP 5/6
Next, place the meatballs at intervals on the tray. Apply cooking oil on the top part like in the next picture. It goes all the way down even if you just put it on the top. If you apply this, the texture is better and it cooks quickly. It has the effect of frying it.
STEP 6/6
Set oven temperature to 200 degrees, cover tray with space on tray and bake for 20 minutes. It's good because the color doesn't get dark if you put up the tray and bake it. Apply ginger soy sauce water with a brush. If you cook the top part for about 8 more minutes, you're done with grilled raisin meatballs
