Purple sweet potato soup
I made a soup with purple sweet potatoes. Pumpkin sweet potatoes are the best. I think eating purple sweet potatoes raw, juice, or soup is good. Purple contains a lot of anthocyanin pigment, so it is said to have excellent antioxidant effects. Purple sweet potato that has many times more anthocyanin than grapes! I think I'll be healthier if I make it with soup.
