Cooking Steps

Beat in the butter at room temperature. Add sugar 2-3 times and mix.

Add the previously sifted rice flour and baking powder while sieving again and mix. Add milk and mix. Add coconut powder and complete the dough.

Place the muffin dough in a squeezing bag and place about 80% in a muffin mold. Bake in a 180-degree oven for 20-23 minutes. In the middle of baking the muffin, I took out the muffin frame and changed the position. Each household's oven specifications are different, so bake while adjusting the temperature and time.
Remove milk, eggs and butter to room temperature beforehand. Sift the flour and baking powder beforehand.
