STEP 1/4
Prepare the anchovy stock, add the seasoning ingredients, mix well, and boil it. (If you don't have any water, add the seasoning.). Otherwise, the taste would have lost a few percent.)
STEP 2/4
When it boils, add the fish cake and tteokbokki rice cake into the right size and boil it. Cut cabbage, onions, green onions, etc. into appropriate sizes, boil themselves, and boil them down.
STEP 3/4
You can just eat it when it's done, or put mozzarella cheese on top and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden. You can use a microwave, but the cheese melts, but it doesn't have a bending effect. When you boil tteokbokki, sprinkle cheese on top and boil it down
You can feel the cheese stuck in between.
STEP 4/4
I think it's a fantastic combination of spicy soup and cheese. I can't make it often because cheese is too expensive, but I think it'll be delicious if you just make tteokbokki.
It's good to make broth with some anchovies in the water.
